The Tuscany Maremma is renowned for its gastronomic traditions, and the restaurant “Col di Sasso” in the residence is a perfect demonstration of culinary excellence.
The cuisine is reminiscent of Tuscan farm cooking combining the area’s great culinary wisdom together with its essential ingredients. Traditional starters, homemade pastas, local meats, are a statement of the taste of the Tuscany Maremma.
The restaurant environment is traditional Tuscan, with tiled floors and fireplaces, and when the weather is good it is possible to dine under the pergola, enjoying the the a-la-carte menu or the daily specials.
Breakfast is served daily at no extra charge for our guests with rooms at the residence but can also be reserved upon arrival.
The restaurant is open for supper Tuesday to Sunday (reservation recommended). Half board can be arranged if required.
