Service conditions
For the apartments in Col di Sasso, Campo di Chiara and Beccanina:
The weekly stays go from Saturday to Saturday. You can inquire about opportunities to arrive or depart on different days at reservation@tenutacoldisasso.com
Check-in time arrival is 4 PM and check out is 10:00 AM . If you are planning to arrive to the Estate outside these hours, please contact us to make alternative check-in arrangements. The rates for apartments include VAT.
Rates include bath linens (1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 bidet towel per person, and one bathmat per apartment) and bed linens, changed weekly.
During low and middle season the rates include air conditioning, heating.
Outside these periods these are not included in the weekly rates and charged as follows: air conditioning (40.00 euros a week for the apartments of type A, 50.00 euros a week for all other types) and final cleaning (50.00 euros a week for the apartments of type A, 60.00 euros a week for all other types).
The daily rates during every period include air conditioning and final cleaning.
At the end of your stay the kitchens of the apartments will have to be left clean. Failing that you will debited an additional 100 euros for cleaning.
All guests are required to leave a signed credit card swipe as a guarantee to cover any extra expense, should this be required following an assessment of the condition of the apartment after departure.
The rooms in Campo di Chiara:
The room rates include breakfast, VAT, and air conditioning.

The rooms are cleaned daily, and the bath linens are also changed every day. Bed linens are changed every two days.

Please, fax a copy of the receipt to 0039 0566 37140. We will consider the reservation confirmed upon receipt. The balance should be paid upon arrival.
CANCELLATIONS:
Between 01/01/08 and 05/30/08, and between 9/27/08 and 12/19/08 no penalties will apply for cancellations made at least 5 days in advance of the scheduled date of arrival. Cancellations made with shorter notice will be charged at 30% of the price of the entire stay.
For all the other periods no penalty will apply for cancellations made with at least 30 days noticel. Cancellations made within 30 days will incur in a charge of 30% of the price of the entire stay.
ANIMALS:
Small animals are welcome (dogs must be kept on the leash). If you bring an animal, a final cleaning fee of 30 euros will be added to your bill.
MEALS:
Continental breakfast is served at the restaurant and the patio garden (weather allowing) from the 7:30AM to 9:30AM, and at the bar from 9:30AM to 11:30AM, with a slightly reduced choice. Reservation is not necessary but you will need to show your apartment key so that the cost can be correctly allocated. The price is 7 euros per person (5 euros for under 12s). Please note that the room rates are all inclusive.
Half board is available at the restaurant in the Estate, at the rate of 30 euros per person per day, if reserved for the entire duration of your stay. Otherwise you can dine a-la-carte or choose a set menu at 30 euros per person. Children up to 3 enjoy a complimentary half board, and kids between 3 and 12 will be charged 16.00 euros (subject to the parents paying full half board price). Prices do not include drinks. Reservations can be when reserving the room or upon arrival, subject to availability. On Mondays the restaurant is open just for breakfast.
